TICKET AGENCY REFUNDS

 HERE FOLLOWS THE POLICY FOR EACH OF THE THREE TICKET AGENCIES:
1.....TICKETS WIRRAL, FLORAL PAVILION THEATRE, NEW BRIGHTON:

 "We are unable to process refunds for those customers who purchased tickets via                                                                                      the box office using chip and pin or who paid with vouchers or cash at this time.


If you request a refund via floralboxoffice@wirral.gov.uk, a credit note will be

added to your account for the value of your tickets.    Once staff can return to

work at the box office they will contact you and organise payment into your

bank account.  

Unfortunately, we need access to our chip and pin machines in the building

to be able to refund these payments.    We will not be offering cash refunds."           

 

2.....TICKET QUARTER, M & S ARENA,KINGS DOCK, LIVERPOOL:
All refunds have been automatically processed to all purchasers.

3.....WEGOTTICKETS:
All refunds have by now have all been automatically processed to purchasers.
