TICKET AGENCY REFUNDS

 HERE FOLLOWS THE POLICY FOR EACH OF THE THREE TICKET AGENCIES:
1.....TICKETS WIRRAL, FLORAL PAVILION THEATRE, NEW BRIGHTON:

 "We are unable to process refunds for those customers who purchased tickets via                                                                                      the box office using chip and pin or who paid with vouchers or cash at this time.


If you request a refund via floralboxoffice@wirral.gov.uk, a credit note will be

added to your account for the value of your tickets.    Once staff can return to

work at the box office they will contact you and organise payment into your

bank account.  

Unfortunately, we need access to our chip and pin machines in the buiding

to be able to refund these payments.    We will not be offering cash refunds."           

 

2.....TICKET QUARTER, M & S ARENA,KINGS DOCK, LIVERPOOL:
Refunds willl be automatically processed to your original payment method and                                                                                               should be received within 7 to 10 working days.

3.....WEGOTTICKETS:
PROPOSED DATES FOR THE FESTIVAL ARE 3rd - 6th JUNE 2021                                                                                           
However, these dates are still to be confirmed with venue management.
WGT will automatically mail ticket holders with the news and encourage
them to hold on to their tickets until confirmation of the dates.
Ticket purchasers are entitled to refunds but will not automatically receive
them unless they request one.
